Youth Employment Agency (YEA) opens application portal for School Support Programme- Apply here
The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) of the Republic of Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service (GES), has announced a call for applications for the School Support Programme (SSP). The programme aims to recruit, train and deploy individuals as school security guards, kitchen assistants or community education teaching assistants (CETA) in primary and secondary schools.
Eligibility criteria
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Hold a minimum of a Secondary Education Diploma
- For Teaching Assistants, hold at least a diploma from a recognised institution in Ghana
Successful applicants will be engaged as YEA beneficiaries for a contract period of two years. Selected kitchen guards will be deployed to boarding secondary schools.
