 Ghana and Jamaica Unite for Educational Excellence


The Minister of Education had the privilege of leading a dedicated team to Jamaica for a series of productive discussions on forging new educational partnerships.


 Invited by the Ministry of Education and Youth, Jamaica, their focus was on establishing a framework for recruiting skilled teachers from Ghana to contribute to Jamaica's flourishing education system.

The  discussions centered around how both countries could work together in a way that benefits both, ensuring that their collaboration upholds the highest standards of educational excellence. 


The team also had the opportunity to visit several schools, where they were truly inspired by the impressive infrastructure and creative approaches to learning.


These experiences have given them a lot to think about as they look to enhance their education system in Ghana. This visit has laid the foundation for a promising partnership that bridges their two nations and enriches the educational experiences of students and teachers alike.
