Despite his good intentions, Joshua lost significant amounts of money to betting and gambling, including funds earmarked for his ailing father's medical bills.

In a heartfelt video posted on Instagram by zionfelix., Joshua details his journey into addiction. It started in 2019 during his school days when a friend introduced him to casino betting. Curiosity soon consumed him, and he became hooked on the adrenaline rush of roulette.

Joshua reveals how he squandered GH¢7,000 of his uncle's money, intended for selling plumbing materials, on betting. The weight of his addiction is evident as he says, "I desperately need help to break free from this."
