Power Supply Interruption: GRIDCO and ECG Update
The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) have announced that some areas may experience power outages.
This is due to a challenge at the Gas Processing Plant in Atuabo, managed by the Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC).

The problem has limited the supply of gas, which is essential for generating electricity. As a result, some customers will face interruptions in power supply.
GRIDCO and ECG deeply apologize for the inconvenience and assure the public that engineers from GNGC are working hard to fix the issue. Power supply is expected to return to normal once the problem is resolved.
So make sure you will fully charge your phones, laptops or power banks.
Both GRIDCO and ECG will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary.
