Alternatively, visit https://admissionsghana.com and Select  the category as "college of eduation", year as "2024", and select the school name , you will required to provide your "application number" as well.



If you do not receive the text message or cannot access the link, it means you were not admitted to the college this year. sorry to say try again next year.
