 Ghana has 46 public Colleges of Education, each affiliated with one of the country’s top public universities. These affiliations ensure that students who complete their studies receive certificates from the affiliated university, adding more value to their qualification.

 The Colleges of Education offer various teaching programs like Primary, Early Grade, and Junior High School (JHS) education, preparing students to become teachers in schools across the country. Some colleges also offer special programs such as Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) and French Education, helping to train teachers with a wide range of skills.
