St. John Bosco College of Education, Navrongo, has officially released the provisional fees for students entering Level 100 for the 2024/2025 academic year.

 The notice contains vital information about the fees, deadlines, and reporting date that all prospective students should pay attention to.

The provisional fees for new students are divided into four categories:

1. General Fees: GHS 3,589.81

2. Provisional Examination Fees for First and Second Semesters: GHS 1,000.00

3. Residential Fees: GHS 500.00

4. TTAG National Office Project: GHS 30.00

Payments are to be made through GCB Bank Ltd, using Eagle Pay. The platform account name for this payment is St. John Bosco College of Education. Make sure to provide your Application Reference Number at the bank for processing.

 Key Deadlines and Processes

1. Issuance of Admission Letters: Admission letters will be available starting Monday, 14th October 2024.

   

2. Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid, and the Eagle Pay receipt submitted to the College Accounts office by or before 18th October 2024. Failure to meet this deadline could result in the loss of admission.

3. Proof of Payment: Once you have made your payments, you are required to send evidence (receipts) of payment to the Academic Affairs office either in person or via WhatsApp to the number 0541591010.

In cases where you are unable to present the original receipts before the deadline due to genuine reasons, you will be allowed to submit them upon arrival at the College.

4. Uniforms: Uniforms for all freshers will be provided, but further details on the cost will be communicated later.

5. Reporting Date: Freshers are expected to report to the College on 18th November 2024 at 2:00 pm to begin the academic year.
