Eight colleges of education, previously affiliated with the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), have now shifted their affiliation to the Apeteng Appiah Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED).

These colleges began this affiliation shift with only their Level 100 students last year, but they have now extended it to cover all levels; Level 100, 200, 300, and 400. This means that all students, regardless of their year of study, are now fully integrated under AAMUSTED’s academic system.

Here is a list of the colleges and their new affiliations with AAMUSTED:

1. Ada College of Education.

2. St. John Bosco's College of Education.

3. Wiawso College of Education.

4. Bagabaga College of Education.

5. Mampong Technical College of Education.

6. Komenda College of Education.

7. Akatsi College of Education.

8. N.J. Ahmadiyya College of Education.

Moreover, as part of this transition, all exam results from these colleges will now be processed and managed by AAMUSTED. This includes results for all levels, which will be transported from UEW to AAMUSTED, ensuring a smooth shift in academic records and examination oversight.

This new affiliation with AAMUSTED is expected to bring enhanced support in skills training and entrepreneurship, areas that AAMUSTED specializes in. It’s an exciting time for these colleges, as they continue to shape future teachers with added resources and opportunities under AAMUSTED’s guidance.
